✔ We deliver within 1–2 business days.
✔ During campaign periods, we may need more time to process orders.
✔ We deliver with Speedy or BoxNow within 1–2 business days.
✔ Free delivery to an office/locker is for orders over 50€.
✔ Delivery prices are as follows:
-BoxNow and Speedy locker: 1.99€
-Speedy office: 3.20€
-Address: 4.20€.
It is important to note that for BoxNow deliveries, you will only find the option to pay by card at checkout.
✔ When delivering to a courier office or a personal address, you can inspect and test the products.
✔ When delivering to a locker, this option is practically not possible, but you can always take advantage of the 14-day return period, to which you are entitled.
Yes, of course. You have 14 days to return a product. However, it must be unused, with intact labels, and no signs of washing, ironing, wearing, or damage (scratches, tears).
