Terms of Participation

Welcome to the VIRAKIDS Club loyalty program!
By participating in the program, you collect points when shopping and performing certain activities, which can be used for discounts on future orders.

1. Program Participation

Participation in VIRAKIDS Club is free and accessible to everyone.

By registering with an email, the customer automatically joins the program and accepts these terms.

By placing an order through the website, you also automatically join the loyalty program and start accumulating points.

2. Collecting Points

Points are awarded for the following actions:

Place an order	5 points for every €1 of the order amount
Like us on Facebook	100
Follow us on Instagram	100

3. Earning Points on Orders

Points for an order are awarded only for successfully completed and fulfilled orders.

If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded, the accumulated points are automatically removed.

Points are not awarded for already discounted products.

4. Using Points

Accumulated points are used for future orders on the site.

Conditions of use:

• 500 collected points are exchanged for a €5 discount.
  400 collected points are exchanged for free shipping.

• Minimum order value for point exchange - €10;
  
  

• Points cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Points cannot be transferred between different accounts.

5. Bonus Points for Reviews

Points for reviews are awarded only for products actually purchased from our website.

Reviews must:

• be related to a real experience with the product;

• not contain offensive or misleading content;

• be approved by an administrator if a photo or video is included.

The store reserves the right not to award points in cases of suspected abuse or spam.

Review points are awarded once for each purchased product.

6. Limitations and Abuses

The store reserves the right:

• to refuse to award points;

• to remove points;

• to deactivate accounts in cases of confirmed abuses, including:

  • creation of multiple profiles;

  • fake reviews;

  • abuse of bonus activities;

  • attempts to manipulate the program.

7. Points Validity

Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last activity on the account.

After this period, unused points are automatically canceled.

8. Program Changes

The store reserves the right at any time:

• to change the terms of the program;

• to change the value of points;

• to terminate the program with at least 30 days' prior notice, during which customers can use their accumulated points.

Changes come into effect upon their publication on the website.
