What are the steps?

EARNS POINTS

Perform simple actions and earn points.

EXCHANGE FOR DISCOUNTS

The accumulated points are converted into real discounts that you can use for subsequent orders.

PLACE AN ORDER

Purchase products as usual. You will receive 5 points for every €1 of the amount of each of your orders.

Points are not awarded for already discounted products.

TO THE SHOP

WRITE A REVIEW

Seven days after receiving your order, you will receive an email from us asking you to leave a review with a photo or video.

By posting a review with a photo or video, you get 200 points.

The email may end up in SPAM or Promotions.

How do you redeem them for discounts?

When you decide to redeem points for discounts, follow the gift icon in the left corner of the site. Click on "How to redeem points for discounts?". Press the "Use" button. A discount code will be generated, which you can apply before completing the order.

Order products for at least 10€ to use the code.

Exchange 400 points for FREE SHIPPING

Exchange 500 points and get a €5 discount

VIRAKIDS Club is our way of showing appreciation for being part of our family. Through our loyalty program, you collect points with purchases and various activities. Accumulated points can be used for discounts on future orders.

If you place an order through the website, you are automatically enrolled without needing to register. If you haven't ordered yet, create an account HERE.

After registration, you become a member of the VIRAKIDS Club and collect points.

Points are awarded for the following actions:

  • Place an order - 5 points for every €1 of the order value.
  • Write a review with a photo/video - 200 points
  • Like us on Facebook - 100 points
  • Follow us on Instagram - 100 points

You can redeem your collected points for discounts on your next order as follows:

  • 500 collected points can be redeemed for 5 € discount.
  • 400 collected points can be redeemed for free shipping.

Minimum order value for point redemption - 10 €

When you decide to exchange points for discounts, follow the gift icon in the left corner of the site. Click on "How to redeem points for discounts?". Press the "Use" button. A code will be generated, which will give you a discount.

Don't forget to add products worth at least €10 for the discount to be applied.
