Terms of Participation

Welcome to the VIRAKIDS Club loyalty program!
By participating in the program, you collect points for purchases and specific activities, which can be used for discounts on future orders.

1. Program Participation

Participation in VIRAKIDS Club is free and available to all registered users of the site.

By registering an account, the customer is automatically enrolled in the program and accepts these terms.

2. Earning Points

For every €1 of the order amount (for a minimum product value of €25) 10

3. Point Accumulation for Orders

Points for an order are awarded only for successfully completed and fulfilled orders.

Points for placed orders become active after the 14-day period during which the customer has the right to return the order has elapsed.

For cancelled, returned, or refunded orders, the accumulated points are automatically removed.

4. Using Points

Accumulated points can be used for future orders on the site.

Terms of use:

  • 100 accumulated points are exchanged for €1.

     

  • points cannot be exchanged for cash;

  • points cannot be transferred between different accounts.

5. Bonus Points for Reviews

Review points are awarded only for products actually purchased from our site.

Reviews must:

  • be related to a real experience with the product;

  • not contain offensive or misleading content;

  • be approved by an administrator if a photo or video is included.

The store reserves the right not to award points in case of suspected abuse or spam.

Review points are awarded once for each purchased product.

6. Child's Birthday

Customers can receive bonus points for their child's birthday after adding the date to their profile.

The birthday bonus:

  • is awarded once a year;

  • cannot be combined with other special promotions unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitations and Abuse

The store reserves the right:

  • to refuse to award points;

  • to remove points;

  • to deactivate accounts in case of established abuses, including:

    • creation of multiple accounts;

    • fake reviews;

    • abuse of bonus activities;

    • attempts to manipulate the program.

8. Point Validity

Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date of the last activity on the profile.

After this period, unused points are automatically cancelled.

9. Program Changes

The store reserves the right at any time:

  • to change the program terms;

  • to change the value of points;

  • to terminate the program with at least 30 days' prior notice, within which customers can use their accumulated points.

Changes become effective upon their publication on the site.
